How do I measure my dog for the right fit?

Measure the dog

Measure from the base of the neck (behind the collar) along the back to the base of the tail. Have the dog stand squarely on all four paws and as still as possible. Inches equal size. If you dog measures 12 inches down his back, he/she wears a size 12 coat.

How do I clean my dog coat?

Easy. Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry, no iron, no bleach.

How will my order be shipped?

Shipment is made via US Postal Service or UPS. Orders ship within 5-7 days. You should receive your order within 10 business days (depending on shipping services and availability). We charge $7 (first coat) for shipping and handling and $4 for each additional coat. 

How do I pay for my order?

Paypal or you can call and make arrangements with us.

What is the return policy?

All requests must be made within 30 days from the date of shipping. Mercandise must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition.

Bad Dogs Coats reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

No merchandise purchased at Bad Dogs Coats website can be returned at any of the retail stores.

We recommend UPS or insured Parcel Post for proof of delivery. We assume no responsibility for the reimbursement for, or replacement of, any lost return merchandise. Do not send package C.O.D. (Cash/Check on Delivery), as it will not be accepted. We will process your request in 3-5 business days of our receipt of the package.
